From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'DriftValley started from an earnest aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza shop originated as a quaint, familial venture with recipes transmitted over generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the pizza craft during her sojourns across Italy, being tutored by renowned pizza masters in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, her ambition was to emulate the essence of classic Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and only the best ingredients.
Our initial 12-seat pizza place has evolved into a cherished community fixture, however, our devotion to superior quality and genuine flavors is unwavering. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fire ovens, make our pizza dough daily, and handpick premium ingredients.
Now, 'DriftValley is still under the stewardship of the Rossi kin, with the second lineage helming our fervent crew. While we have integrated modern conveniences, the core of our operations remains unchanged: making scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites people.
