Cancellation and Refunds for Online Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +39 06 678 9352. Orders can only be canceled before they have entered the preparation stage. If canceled in time, a full refund in € will be issued to your original method of payment.
Quality Concerns
At DriftValley, we aim to provide high-quality food. If you're dissatisfied with the quality of your meal, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. To process a refund or exchange, we may require a photo of the product or a return of the item. Each request will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product has been substantially consumed or mishandled.
Incorrect Orders
In the event of receiving an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement item or a refund for the incorrect item once verified. No additional delivery charges will be incurred for replacement items.
Refunds Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending upon your bank or financial institution. The amount will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and any product purchased during a special sale are final and cannot be refunded. Custom orders made to your specific requirements cannot be refunded unless they do not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
Late or Missing Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for items that have been delivered more than 2 hours ago, items that have been consumed, or if you have a change of mind. Beverages such as juices or lemonades are non-refundable once they have been opened.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as refunds and must be reported within 2 hours of receipt.
